Looking at the Sun

Video Installation, Dollhouse, Multi-channel video projection, 2022

Using my childhood dollhouse, I created a multi-channel projection, a short film utilizing the dollhouse's architectural structure. The video navigated between the rooms, forming a split-screen of images and events.

The footage was sourced from an archive of materials I filmed over the years, some in domestic spaces and others from my travels. My twin brother composed the soundtrack, reflecting our shared language of play and imagination, making him the perfect partner for this audio-visual conversation about home.
